2024? It was a big year for Cercli. We kicked things off with some serious momentum—launching our platform, rolling out new product updates, growing the team, and focusing on making things easier for our customers.
Here’s a peek at what we’ve been up to this year:
We started strong with $4M in seed funding, thanks to Afore Capital, COTU Ventures, Y Combinator, and Rebel Fund. This funding helped us tackle the real headaches: payroll chaos and those pesky compliance costs caused by human error that slow businesses down.
With this, we quickly got to work, building tools that make managing teams smoother than your last holiday weekend 😉
At Cercli, everything we build starts with you—our customers. Your feedback is our blueprint, shaping every feature and update to make your work life smoother. Each of our 60+ product updates this year was inspired by real customer needs and designed to boost workforce efficiency, save time, and, of course, reduce errors and keep you compliant.
Some highlights:
Cercli Bot: Manage tasks right in Slack—no app-switching needed! Approve time off, expenses, and more, with notifications for leaves, anniversaries, and customisable updates on team leave schedules.
Org Charts: Keep track of who’s who with a simple, easy-to-read chart of team structures and reporting lines.
Expense Reimbursements: Quick, accurate, and stress-free reimbursement management.
Time-Off Management: A seamless process for tracking and approving leave requests. No more chaotic calendars. as well as granular policies for each category. Admins can assign different employees to each individual policy, allowing for policies to be defined by team, entity or even country!
Homepage Dashboard: Your new favorite dashboard, giving you a snapshot of approvals, requests, and all the milestones you need to remember (birthdays, work anniversaries, you name it).
Multi-Currency Compensation: Configure team pay in 90+ currencies, simplifying remote team management with expanded multicurrency support.

In 2024, we expanded our team and made the big move to our Dubai HQ and now, we’re an unstoppable force with over 11 nationalities united by the same vision.
Our squad includes talent from Careem, Kitopi, Google, ADP and other big-names. They’re the ones bringing real-world experience into the tools we build to make your life easier.
It’s all about the results, right? In 2024, Cercli helped businesses do more with less (and with fewer headaches, too):
92% of customer queries were resolved on the first contact across five dedicated channels: Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and phone.
