On 10 March 2025, the UAE announced a new remote work system enabling public sector employees to work from outside the country.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, shared the announcement on social media, highlighting the initiative’s implementation for government employees.
