Streamlined Promotion Tracking

Managing promotions just got a whole lot easier. Our new promotion flow allows you to manage all promotion-related updates with ease. You’ll have a full history of promotions, including new titles, job descriptions, compensation updates, and promotion reasons—ensuring everything stays organised and easy to reference.

The Onboarding You Need from Day One

Onboarding new hires can be a challenge—manual data collection, delays, and inconsistent processes can slow things down for both HR and new team members.

That’s why we’ve streamlined the onboarding flow. With our new flow, you can quickly collect and enter all key details from day one, including hire type, personal info, work location, job title, compensation, and leave policies. This updated process makes onboarding more efficient, ensuring a smoother transition for new hires.

Meet the AI-Powered Expense Management

Expense management just became faster and easier with our new AI-powered document scanner. Now, you upload receipts in various formats and languages, and the AI will automatically pull out key details like amounts, dates, merchant info, and categories for quicker reimbursement processing.

We’ve enhanced the org chart to give our customers even more flexibility! You can now export it in different formats, in full or by section, based on your needs. Plus, with the ability to expand and collapse views, you’ll have a dynamic, real-time look at your team’s structure.

Bulk Adjustments Made Easy

We’ve upgraded the bulk adjustment upload for payroll, so if there are any errors in your file, you’ll get a notification right away so you can correct it and re-upload without second-guessing what went wrong.

Stay on top of your payroll with our new month-over-month variance tracking. You can now compare payroll changes over time, identify trends, manage costs effectively, and ensure accuracy—all while staying compliant with your financial plans.
