Cercli HRIS Global Search Feature

One of the most common frustrations inside fast-moving teams is not knowing where to look. Whether it’s to check someone’s reporting line, find a team member’s contact info, or navigate to a time off calendar — context switching slows everyone down. No more “where is this again?”.

In March, we launched Cercli Finder — the most advanced global search functionality of its kind in the MENA region.

With one search bar, you can now find:

  • Any team member by name, email, phone number, or ID
  • Reporting lines and quick org structure context
  • Access quick links and actions — jump straight to tools like the org chart or time-off calendar, or quickly add new hires with just a few clicks

It’s the kind of thing you didn’t know you needed until you tried it.

While other platforms offer basic search tools, Cercli Finder is built for how modern organisations work — dynamic, distributed, and easy to use. It's the first real org-wide search in the region, and it makes a difference from day one.

All Your Team’s Documents — Organised, Secure, and In One Place

Cercli Documents Management for Teams

We’ve also launched Documents on Cercli — a powerful way to centralise everything your team needs, securely and intelligently.

No more scattered folders, email chains, or “can you resend that?” moments. With Documents, you can store, download, and manage every team member’s document in one place.

Admins can define document types, set up custom fields, and control requirements by jurisdiction or team. Whether you're handling onboarding paperwork, visa renewals, compliance files, or role-specific documentation, you can adapt the process to suit your needs.

You can:

  • Upload and tag documents by type, employee, or team
  • Customise fields based on what’s required in different locations
  • Define access and permissions for full security and control
  • Get notified before documents expire — so you stay ahead and stay compliant
  • Maintain compliance across geographies — without spreadsheets

Everything is built directly into the platform — so when a new team member is onboarded, their document requirements are surfaced and tracked. You’ll know exactly what’s missing, what’s expiring, and what needs attention.

Reward Tenure, Automate Policies — Milestone Time-off Accruals Are Here

Automated Time-off Accrual Based on Milestones

We’ve expanded Cercli’s Time Off capabilities to support milestone-based accruals — a major update for companies that want more control, more flexibility, and smarter policies that reflect how people move through an organisation.

With milestone-based accruals, you’re no longer limited to linear monthly or annual balances. Instead, you can grant time off at key moments in a team member’s journey — tied to their tenure.

For example, you can:

  • You can grant 5 days of paid leave after 3 months of tenure, followed by 10 more at the 6-month mark.
  • Reward long-term loyalty by unlocking extra leave after 1 or 2 years of service — such as an additional 5 days.
  • Offer tiered leave for contractors or part-time staff based on contract duration.
  • Reflect country-specific rules by triggering leave accruals based on jurisdictional probation periods or legal employment thresholds.

Every company works differently — and now, so can your time off policies.

This update gives HR teams the tools they need to align leave with structure, policy, and compliance — without the spreadsheets, workarounds, or manual approvals.
