Our story

Hiring and HR broke the same way, everywhere we looked.

Recruiting stuck across spreadsheets. Data split between five systems that never synced, or buried in an ERP nobody could actually use. Payroll that took days instead of hours. We went looking for the tool that fixed all of it. It didn’t exist.

So we built it: an AI platform for the whole people lifecycle, hiring through offboarding, that People Ops and finance teams can actually run day to day, not fight with.

The goal is simple. Turn the manual stuff into something that just happens, correctly, so the people running a business can spend their time on the people, not the paperwork.
